Winbox has trouble creating its folder in the profile's Application Data

    Description

      ReactOS Version: 0.4.11-dev-322-gd8f2273

      Winbox (which is attached) gives an error after closing that states "Unable to create the folder 'C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Mikrotik\Winbox'". A debug log is also attached.
