Irfanview 4.51 setup shows wrong cursor over URL

Irfanview 4.51 setup from rapps

When you hover "IrfanView EULA" URL in the setup the mouse cursor is wrong, shows "arrow" instead of "hand"

Nothing is logged when hovering with mouse, here is still a useless react.log
