Regression: installation of AC97 VBox driver hangs

ReactOS 0.4.11-dev-338-670a7ac7188f4912a48a50bae4d275f2f21e1810 - installing AC97 VBox driver hangs on searching the driver.

After clicking "Cancel", closing devmgr and trying to reboot or shutdown - the system can't turn off correctly:

(win32ss/user/ntuser/msgqueue.c:1101) err: Sending to Suspended Thread Msg 31a

(ntoskrnl/ob/obwait.c:179) Invalid handle 00000420 passed to NtWaitForMultipleObjects

Without installing the driver, ReactOS turns off correctly.

In 0.4.11-dev.337-161b6728ef4522a069e2a6375fc2d1a39b683aa5, the driver installs successfully and the system turns off correctly also with the driver installed.

Tested on the clear ROS installation, only Wine Gecko 2.40 was installed.
