Wine-Gecko Not Installed from modules\optional

After commit 287d35b the ability to have Wine Gecko automatically install when loaded into the modules\optional directory is broken. The MSI file now gets copied to C:\ReactOS\Fonts instead of C:\ReactOS because of subdirectory numbering changes.
