AppleWorks 6 not working in ReactOS

I've installed AppleWorks 6 and QuickTime 7 into my ReactOS installation, and both installations went off without a hitch, however AppleWorks won't launch at all. Attached is a screenshot showing how far I got in launching the program. When the splash screen appears, it locks up, taking the whole system down with it. That  causes me to perform a hard reset to get my system back to usable status.
