Add option to hide the use of compatibility mode to the compatibility mode settings.

As some installers will detect that you are running them under compatibility mode and refuse to run at all (such as newer versions of .NET) it would probably be a good idea to add a checkbox to the compatibility mode settings that will hide the fact that the program is being run under compatibility mode.
