Juk 3.9.1 from KDE 4.10.2 can't play audio files

Juk 3.9.1, installed together with KDE 4.10.2 via KDE for Windows installer 1.1.0 from Rapps, can't play audio files. For example, I just tried to open mp3 audio file by clicking "File" -> "Open", browsing and selecting needed file, and then clicking "Play" button. After doing this, nothing happens. Player just doesn't play anything. The same problem persists with wav audio files.

In the moment, when I clicking "Play", in debug log appears the following lines:

(/ldrpe.c:1036) Failed to snap libvlccore.dll!libvlc_audio_filter_list_get

(nel32/client/loader.c:384) LoadLibraryExW(C:\Program Files\KDE\bin\phonon_backend\phonon_vlc.dll) failing with status c0000139

juk(968)/phonon (KDE plugin): Can not create backend object from factory for "VLC" , "phonon_vlc" :

"Could not find plugin 'VLC' for application 'juk'"
