The shortcuts that it creates are invalid (the majority of them are missing C:\lotus) and there are a few that have a different name than when installed under Windows Server 2003 SP2. Screenshots of the Start Menu Folder's contents under both, the properties of one of its shortcuts and the debug log of the install under ReactOS are attached.
