Malwarebytes 3.5.1 installer fails to start

      In w2k3, the installer works correctly.

      In Wine 3.18 Staging too.

      In ros, appears an error: Runtime error (at 394:120): Could not call proc.

      In debug log, before error message, I see the following lines:

      fixme:(ypt/bcrypt_main.c:1015) ignoring object buffer
      		 
      fixme:(ypt/bcrypt_main.c:1015) ignoring object buffer
      		 
      fixme:(ypt/bcrypt_main.c:1015) ignoring object buffer
      		 
      fixme:(ypt/bcrypt_main.c:356) algorithm L"RSA" not supported

      In XP/2003 I cannot find bcrypt.dll library at all, although in ReactOS it's present.
