Explorer: Start menu button is 6 pixel wider

Compared OS:

• ReactOS bootcd-0.4.11-dev-532-gd5cced1-x86-gcc-lin-dbg (58px button itself with 20px image)
• Windows XP Pro x32 SP2 (52px button itself with 16px image)
• Windows 7 Pro x64 SP1 (52px button itself with 16px image)

My suggestion for a fix:
1. Shift the image 1 pixel left.
2. Shift the image 1 pixel up.
3. Shift the text 4 pixels left to make it overlap the image a bit.
4. Resize the button to leave 2 pixel margin.
