Crash any application in ReactOS when saving to a too long file name

reactos-bootcd-0.4.14-dev-1370-geb1fd0c-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

Open Notepad. Save As => type aaaaaaaa.txt (step1)

Copy & paste "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" block

keep CTRL+V pressed until step2 happen => Text box is "blank".

Click on save => Crash + Log below

Note :

• Same procedure with File>Open leads to same result
• Works with any app in ROS (with a "save as" or "open" common dialog)
• FAT32 (but sdever got it in BTRFS too)
