"Orwell Dev-C++ TDM GCC x64 5.11" checkmarks overpaint button on bottom, looks like XP draws the button larger

This eventually is a regression and we should double-check range 0.4.10dev-465 until 0.4.10RC30 when searching for eventual guilty-rev (having font metrics work and the patches that followed it in mind)

Reproduction steps
-run Orwell Dev-C++ TDM GCC x64 5.11
-select "file/new project" and single-click "console application

Observed result
-the checkmark on "ok" button overflows the button at the bottom, from a quick look it seems that XP draws this button slightly larger making the image fit on it
