Pidgin 2.12.0 options dlg is rendered with blurry font antialiasing

"Pidgin 2.12.0" from rapps is an app based on GTK+ library, and this font-bug affects several of that kind of apps.

The options-dlg uses antialiasing with low quality, the font rendering is blurry therefore.

I guess 0.4.10-RC-30-g51a70dc_endsAfterUninstallPidginAndShutdownRos.log is rather useless, but you can find where I started and interacted with Pidgin main app by searching within log for "libgtk-win32-2.0-0.dll".

Side-note: The buttons being cut off on the left side is no ros bug and is actually what made me double-check this dlg on XP.
