Cannot install ReactOS 0.4.10 from LiveCD

    Description

      Cannot install ReactOS from LiveCD, got error:

      Userinit failed to start the installer!

      Environment:

      • Host OS: macOS High Sierra 10.13.6
      • VM: VirtualBox 5.2.16 r123759 (Qt5.6.3)
      • ReactOS Version 0.4.10

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Download LiveCD from ReactOS.org
      2. Create a new VM in VirtualBox
        1. Type: Microsoft Windows, Version: Windows 2003 (32-bit)
        2. Memory: 512MB (VirtualBox default value)
      3. Add boot CD ISO in VM settings -> Storage -> Controller: IDE
      4. Start the VM
        1. Choose Live CD (Debug), Live CD (VBox Debug)** or Live CD in boot menu
        2. Select Install ReactOS in the installer window
