Big Taskbar

Hi guys!

So, I boot ReactOS in Log file mode, and I got bigger taskbar rather than after booting ReactOS in normal mode.

This is looks cool.

But, after i go to windowed mode and back to full screen mode in virtual machine, the taskbar gets small. That's a bit weird.
