App Switcher: Arrow keys after Alt+Tab

In CORE-15445, Start suggests a Arrow key feature about App Switcher. If app switcher (Alt+Tab) accepts Arrow keys, it will be useful.

Pressing Alt key, and then keeping it pressed, and press Tab key additionally. With keeping Alt key pressed, press an Arrow key. It makes selection change.
