UltraVNC 1.2.1.7 setup (MFC42.dll based) drawing glitches

0.4.11-RC-22-g2522ec1 gcc dbg linux (old bug, my notes imply it being like this down to 0.4.1rls at least)

UltraVNC 1.2.1.7 setup

Reproduction steps
-install "MFC4.2 & VB6 (Home-made)" from rapps to get MFC42.dll installed
-run UltraVNC 1.2.1.7 setup from rapps

The setup has drawing glitches, namely:
it does not draw the window borders
it does not draw checkboxes
it does not draw the scrollbars
it does not draw the buttons (only their text caption)

Dragging the window offscreen and back will change the drawing of the window borders a bit (changes the amount of garbage in there), but does not make them drawn correct.
Scrollbars, checkboxes and buttons are not interested at all from dragging offscreen and back, and remain invisible.
