UltraVNC 1.2.1.7 setup (MFC42.dll based) draws text in edit only when clicking a button

I noticed that bug the first time in 0.4.9RC35, but I admit I never looked that close before, eventually it's very old.

UltraVNC 1.2.1.7 setup from rapps is MFC42.dll based

Reproduction steps
-install "MFC4.2 & VB6 (Home-made)" from rapps to get MFC42.dll installed
-run UltraVNC 1.2.1.7 setup from rapps

Observed result
when it asks for install location, its text won't be drawn until you click a button

Expected result
the text for install location is initially drawn, like 2k3sp2_ok.webm
