EXPLORER: Context menus leaving stackable submenus

    Description

      ReactOS 0.4.12-dev (Build 20181229-0.4.12-dev-218-ge3c8002)

      File explorer leaves submenus if they were not closed using any option or left click inside of their parent window but right click on other window.

      They are affected by the "cascade" and "tile" taskbar commands.

      They may disappear by closing their parent window.
