      0.4.11-RC-23-gb5fef42 gcc dbg linux

      The buttons heights are wrong in this MFC42.dll dependant app.

      Reproduction steps

      • Install "MFC 4.2 & VB6 (Home-made)" from rapps to get MFC42.dll
      • Install Stamina 2.5 from rapps
      • Run the main app and select the second item from menu-bar (in german localization it is called 'Fortschritt')
