2 UNIMPLEMENTED functions in Win32k/ntuser - CyberoamClientInstall.exe does not start under Ros in real hardware

Svn 23027 in Real hardware .

Since I migrate from an ADSL connection to a Internet Cable connection , networking does not work anymore .

A proprietary software must be installed in the PC ( CyberoamInstall.exe ) and a client is launched at start ( CyberoalClient.exe) for the authentication procedure ( login)

This is working fin ein Windows XP on the same machine.

If a "Win32" dev can test , I have attached the software to this i will be very pleased to get back networking in Ros.
