Scratch 1.4 from rapps, moving dialogs is very slow

      0.4.11-RC-23-gb5fef42 gcc dbg linux
      (I think this issue is present since a long time in ros)

      Scratch 1.4 from rapps is very slow in general in ros, as a benchmark I used dragging a dialog here. The slowness is not caused by logspam, as nothing gets logged when dragging such a dialog.
