Applications (e.g. Adobe Reader 9 and 7) freeze using Lautus Theme scrollbars

When using the Lautus Theme instead of the default theme, specific interactions with the scrollbars in Adobe Reader (except clicking on the up/down arrows at both ends) immediately makes the application freeze with 100% (or even >100% ) CPU consumption. More specifically, it seems that at the moment when the mouse leaves the toolbar, the freeze happens, no matter if there was any prior interaction with it or not by the user.

There is no such issue with the default theme.

The problem of the Adobe Reader freezing was known for several ROS version, but just now I could nail it to the combination of the Lautus theme and the scroll bars.
