Word 2003 locks up until you click Start or anywhere

This is quite annoying.

I'm doing something in Word, if I click Close button or Maximize button; then suddenly, menus, scrollbars, Close/Maximize/Minimize buttons stop working.

I have to press Start button, or switch to another program, then Word suddenly carries out all actions.

Note: debug3.txt is too long but has lots of things.
