Regression, font rendering regressed in Wireshark 1.12

    Description

      ReactOS 0.4.12-dev-364-g5f11c16 affected 0.4.12-dev-364_ws-1.12.0__affected.png.
      SVN r63959 was still ok. ros_r63959_wireshark_ok.png

      We do not know the guilty rev yet.
      katayama_hirofumi_mz stated, that the regression can be fixed by

      PR 1238.

      I exported the issue to not pollute the discussion in CORE-8475.

      Sidenote: It was reported, that both: Wireshark 1.12 & 1.8.5 would be affected.
