Description
Reproduction steps:
- Open an explorer window
- Move it to right and back to center with "win+right" and then "win+left"
- this works
- Move it to bottom and back to center "win+down" and then "win+up"
- this does not work
- press "win+down" again and watch the taskbar dissapear
- press "win+left/right" several times and watch the desktop icons dance
Tested on 7e39678 with visual styles enabled and without
