      RisohEditor is my free resource editor.
      RisohEditor 5.1.4 Download: https://katahiromz.web.fc2.com/re/en or https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ajk2H_hntUs5jBtaaXyVPNlmbeFy

      RisohEditor won't show its flat toolbar but shows 3D button toolbar instead.
