UniATA issues with modern AHCI controllers

UniATA does not work with modern AHCI controllers (Skylake+), I have tested with multiple Skylake+ machines and I was able to reproduce the same issue everywhere. My Skylake PC does have a serial port, so I was able to debug it. Attached the debug logs from LiveCD and LiveRAM runs with UniATA debugging enabled.
