      0.4.11-RC-30-g83e4a61 gcc dbg linux affected
      (I noticed that in 0.4.9rls-test & 0.4.10rls-test already)
      Click-N-Type Virtual Keyboard 3.03.0412 from rapps

      Expected result
      The main app should display a taskbar pane, like xpsp3_taskbarPane_ok.png

      Observed result
      no taskbar pane
