VB5 Code Module shows Caret 2 lines above where it should be

    Description

      Install Visual Basic 5 Professional and open a project and then open a code module. When you begin to type in the module you will see that the caret is two lines above where it should be. Relates to CORE-13934 and patch there fixes this issue.

      Tested in reactos-bootcd-0.4.12-dev-396-g37af787-x86-gcc-lin-dbg.iso and Install instructions and Debug Log are attached.
