Visual Basic Executable "Opus" does show splash screen for fraction of a second then closes

Reproduction steps
-install msvbvm60.dll via rapps "MFC4.2 & VB6 (Home-made)
-copy Opus.exe from https://jira.reactos.org/secure/attachment/40111/Opus.exe to C:
-copy https://jira.reactos.org/secure/attachment/45826/PCOpus.dll next to it
-launch Opus.exe

Expected result
app starts up
