GsView 5.0 setup from rapps
Just run the setup
Expected result
As soon as the Winzip self extractor completed, there should be a language selection screen, like xpsp3_showsLanguageSelection.webm
Observed result
No language selection screen, it is just skipped.

0.4.11-RC-33-gb27a643__whereIsTheLanguageSelection.log is completely useless, because ros logs absolutely nothing when starting/interacting with the setup up to that point.
