Description
0.4.11-RC-33-gb27a643 gcc dbg linux.
I have seen the underlaying issue for many and only msi based setups.
msi based Java 7u80 setup from rapps gives an excellent and very obvious example, because right from the start of deinstallation it offers 2 totally different question-msg-boxes (depending on whether it runs in ros or in XPSP3), which makes the issue very obvious and allows easy retesting later.
When you run the uninstaller, it will immediately present a msgbox:
Expected result
"Do you really want to remove Java 7u80?"
No -> aborts the process
Yes -> uninstalls
XPSP3_j7u80_uninstall.webm
Observed result
"Already installed. Do you really want to reinstall?"
No -> aborts the process
Yes -> after a long thinking-break (where you think it would do nothing), it will try to reinstall
0.4.11-RC-33-gb27a643__uninstall_Reinstalls.webm
0.4.11-RC-33-gb27a643__uninstall_Reinstallst.log
err:(dll/win32/msi/action.c:528) Execution halted, action L"reinstalldialog" returned 1602

I did not even ask for a *re*install-dlg.

I created another duplicate, because none of the other apps play with such open cards as Java does. The others either fail secretly or reinstall secretly, but Java smashes the msi-bug right into your face. An ideal test-candidate for the devs.
