msi based setup of "Npackd" from rapps draws text disabled that should be enabled

Sidenote
Until now I spotted only this single msi setup being affected by this issue.
Contrary I know tons of NSIS installers which are affected by CORE-15298.
It's almost impossible to not associate that ticket, because both wrong text-formattings do happen when we draw over to such a seperator line. In the other ticket I suspect comctl32 to be somehow involved.
