Microsoft .NET 2.0 from rapps, setup EULA listview erroneously scrolled to the bottom

That's what I call "subtle"

-Install "Microsoft .NET 2.0" from rapps
-Observe the second page of that msi setup

Expected result
EULA text should be scrolled to the top when that dlg opens up

Observed result
EULA text is scrolled to the bottom erroneously when that dlg opens up

Side-note:
ros logs nothing when entering that page with the EULA, still here is
0.4.11-RC-35-ga9be77c__net2_0.log anyway which covers the full .NET2.0 installation, reboot, nLite usage, and later also (only partially successful) .NET2.0 uninstall (see CORE-14423).
