Notepad++ from RAPPS loads CPU 100% and redrawing window "Shortcut mapper".

1) Install Notepad++ v.6.9.2 from RAPPS
2) In Notepad++ select menu inem "Macro->Modify Shortcut/Delete Macro..."
3) Click button with long shortcut list (for example "Main menu")

Shortcut list will be "repainting" and "flashed". Process "notepad++.exe" loads CPU to 100%
