"Microsoft Tahoma Font" renders sligthly blurry compared to our own

install "Microsoft Tahoma Font" from rapps.
It will properly replace tahoma.ttf & tahomabd.ttf.

The text rendering gets slightly blurry then in comparison to our own provided Tahoma family. It has been like this all the way down to ros 0.4.0.

This bug has absolutely no priority for me.
These days MS Tahoma has no use anymore for me to workaround issues with our own Tahoma.

I just open the report, because years ago I tested this font-set from rapps on 2k3sp2 and there I could not spot this issue, although the font was actually used by Windows as well. So it must point to some bug in our font rendering.
