Issue with ONLYOFFICE

    Description

      ReactOS Version: 0.4.12-dev-708-g95ed44e

      When run the XP Version of ONLYOFFICE that is available at http://www.onlyoffice.com/ru/download-desktop.aspx, the startup dialog box appears normally. The issue is that using the scroll bar at the bottom of it to see the rest of the box's contents causes it to freeze with "Thread Q is locked to ptiSysLock" messages showing in the attached debug log.
