MS Visual C++ 6 extractor, browse for folder dialog, german text overflowing a static control

This issue is very old already.

Microsoft Visual C++ 6 extractor from rapps
When you click the browse for folder dialog with german localization:

Expected result
No text is cut off, like xpsp3_browseforfolder.png

Observed result
ros_browseforFolder.png
ros_browseforFolder.log

I initially expected that dialog to be in some of our shell-classes or in some of Wines and thought that being only a resource-issue, but searching our source-tree for
"Sie einen Ordner, in dem die dekompr"
I found no results.

Didn't I search correctly? Is this dlg part of ros-sources?
In case it is not: Why are the dialogs dimension and its controls sized differently then?
