File property dialog of a dll-file may contain unprintable characters in ros, but does not on XPSP3

      0.4.11-RC-36-gc5204e3 gcc dbg

      Reproduction steps
      -install Mypal 27.9.4 from rapps
      -navigate into its binary directory %program files%\mypal
      -open file properties dlg of the file xul.dll and select the Version-tab

      Expected result
      The "description" field should be empty for this very specific file, like in xpsp3_ok.PNG

      Observed result
      The "description" field contains unprintable characters that appear like memory garbage to me.
      0.4.11-RC-36-gc5204e3__UnprintableChars_xulDescription.png
      0.4.11-RC-36-gc5204e3__UnprintableChars_xulDescription.log contains nothing.

      Side-note: Some other fields are affected as well for this very specific file.
