Sim City 4 Installer (GoG Version) crash sometimes at the end of process (Legacy Mm eating ARM3 page!)

Sometimes before installation process completion debug output spam appears:

(ntoskrnl/mm/ARM3/pfnlist.c:113) Running low on pages: 31 remaining

(ntoskrnl/mm/ARM3/pfnlist.c:632) Legacy Mm eating ARM3 page!.

And runtime error message shows up:

Clicking OK shows us the installation ended successfully:

Second log after restart: reactos_vbox_28.02.2019_153750_log2lines.log
