    Description

      ReactOS 0.4.12-dev-771-geb8b481.

      Open Excel 2003, you have a brand new file. There's a caret blinking issue (selected cell becomes white-black-white-black...), cells selected with arrow keys can be painted as black, multiple cell selections via mouse or row-column can lead to incorrect painting... Experiment and see.
