Unknown and rare 0x7e crash in startup

    Description

      ReactOS 0.4.12-dev-771, VMware Workstation 9.0.1. I got this in the beginning of 3rd stage boot. This is quite rare, just appeared one or two times and system booted after restart. Debug log attached.
