winlogon.exe keeps crashing/terminating at 2nd-stage startup for unknown reasons

Hello,
I tried to install ReactOS with "virtual machine manager" v2.1.0 under fedora29, apparently the setup process was completed, but it never restarted correctly after that, I keep getting a blue screen every time:

There was no preexisting partition on the disk before install:
"qemu-img create" an empty disk of 40GB, then I choose a BTRFS partition in the installer.
The other non-default setting I choose was vesa 1024x768 24 bits instead of 800x600, but the display seems OK.
