    Description

      I am using reactos as a lightweight platform for development and testing together with mingw. However I am using a few vista apis (condition variables, srwlock, initonce) which seem to be available internally in reactos. Are there plans to expose those? Furthermore it seems some process apis were moved from some other dlls to kernel32 in vista.
