New sound scheme for ReactOS

I made a new sound scheme for ReactOS in the acoustic guitar style and think it would be nice to add this in the system.

Used soundfont: http://www.flamestudios.org/downloads/soundfonts/FS_Seagull_Steel_String_Acoustic_GuitarSF.tar.bz2.
Licensed under GNU GPL. License information: http://www.flamestudios.org/extras/sflicense/license.txt. According to the "License" section on http://www.flamestudios.org/free/Soundfonts, GNU GPL license is applicable only to all that soundfonts and samples made using them, but any compositions made using it, can be licensed under any license which we want.

Used software: MuseScore 2.3.2 and Audacity 2.3.1 on Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS.

Currently I made not all the sounds, but I can make other or rework these if needed.

P.S.: ReactOS doesn't play these sounds correctly for now, even logon sound, unlike currently included sound, but Windows 2003 does. So looks like it's a bug in some ROS component, and it needs to create another ticket.
