Regression, DosBOX 0.74.2 NSIS-installer lacks checkboxes

    Description

      Run the NSIS installer from rapps download "DosBOX 0.74.2"

      Expected result
      installer should show checkboxes like xpsp3.PNG

      Observed result
      installer lacks checkboxes on ros
      0.4.12-dev-954-g1f619b2__checkboxes_missing.png
      0.4.12-dev-954-g1f619b2__checkboxes_missing.log

      I am to 99.9% sure, that this was not happening in 0.4.11rls yet and regressed on master since then.
