Description
Attached testcase and C file from Petzold
As the screenshot shows, relation with LOMETRIC, HIMETRIC, LOENGLISH, HIENGLISH and TWIPPS seems to mantain the proportion.
However the translation Pixels (TEXT) to real size (ie, LOMETRIC) seems to be off. (x2.65 in ReactOS and x4 in Windows)
