StarOffice 5.2 can't find SETTINGS files

Hi,

I tried to run StarOffice v5.2, there is a problem with SETTING FILE (soffice.ini). ReactOS can't find file on install path:
c:\office52\user\soffice.ini

Tested on: VirtualBox 6.0.4

BUILD: reactos-bootcd-0.4.12-dev-1079-g5f4cf8a-x86-gcc-lin-dbg.7z

TEST PROCEDURE:

1.Install ReactOS on VirtualBox/VMWare

2. Install StarOffice and try run it.
