Mizu theme font issues

The newly added Mizu theme has also added new fonts, but I see there is no Hebrew script glyphs in it and I suspect there are more scripts that lack glyphs.

There are 2 possible solutions for this issue:

1. Adding a font substitution
2. Adding some sort of automatic font fallback

This is not the first time that this issue happens...
